Crosses and stars on coins, Theodosius II and Anastacius

Turkish Museums, Archaeological Museum of Izmir, Turkey

During the time of Emperor Theodosius II, dated 408-450, they engrave coins with either asymmetrical crosses or eight-pointed crosses. Also during the time of Anastacius dated 491-518, they printed asymmetrical cross held by an angel.
