Fleur-de-lis solar cross inside a circle on a marble stone

Four fleur-de-lis forms a cross inside a circle making it a solar cross. There is also a circle in the middle of the fleur-de-lis cross. Two triangles were also carved on the sides of It making it look like an eye. It was carved on what appears to be marble stone in the ruins in Ephesus, Izmir.
