The Veinge processional cross (11th century)

CHURCH OBJECTS
Here we see an 11th century bible and a church service book.

The Veinge processional cross is from this period, and no doubt played an important part in the Christianising of Halland province.

Imposing objects gave strength to missionaries and spread reverence among those who looked on.
