Cross-patterned, gold-leaf-decorated leather shoes

A pair of well-preserved leather shoes. The shoes are pointed at the toe and feature intricate gold-leaf cross decoration on the front or instep.

The gold-leaf design is prominent, consisting of a large circular central motif, which contains a cross, surrounded by smaller decorative elements and a triangular pattern above it.
